Who We Are
In the spring of 1959 Rex and Ruth Kerby founded Kerby's Furniture. They continue to be a family-owned and operated small business. The third generation is now active within the company while they continue to grow upon the founding principles of friendliness, firmness, and great service. To keep overhead low, all facilities are owned and they are able, thereby, to sell at the lowest possible price. As it grows the company continues to serve the neighborhoods where their families were raised, and they are committed to preserving the wholesome culture of the community. In 1998 the Western Home Furnishings Association presented Kerby's Furniture with the Retailer of the Year Award based on contributions to the community and the maintenance of high business standards by the retailer. Furniture stores from around the Western United States are nominated each year.
